【Introduction of products】
According to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in Children (2023 Edition) Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is the main pathogen causing community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in children aged 5 years and above in China, and is a pathogenic microorganism intermediate between bacteria and viruses. The population is generally susceptible to Mycoplasma pneumoniae, but it is prevalent in children and adolescents over 5 years of age. It can account for 20-40% of CAP and up to 70% in closed populations. Regional epidemics occur on average every 3-7 years, with each epidemic lasting 1-2 years.
Mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP), and other respiratory tract infections have more similar symptoms, it is difficult to rely on symptoms alone to determine whether it is Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection, doctors need to combine clinical symptoms, imaging and laboratory pathogenetic nucleic acid examination to confirm the diagnosis, so as to carry out precise medication.
【Principle of the technology】
Adopting the ring-mediated isothermal amplification method, the S gene of Mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid is selected as the target, specific primers are designed for the target, and the amplification reaction is carried out at a constant temperature of 60-65℃ under the action of DNA polymerase, the reaction is completed in 45 minutes, and the results can be read through the color change, which is simple to operate and has strong specificity.
【Advantages of the product】
High accuracy: New LAMP technology platform
Early detection:Simple operation and short detection period.
Isothermal amplification:No need for complex equipment conditions, ready to detect
High specificity:Specific primers, no cross-reactivity
